Privacy Policy

What this site collects — and what it doesn't

• No patient information is collected here. This site is planning guidance for people building a PPEC center. It is not a clinical system and has no place to enter information about any child or patient.
• The readiness check has no free-text fields. You answer multiple-choice questions about your business preparation only, and you see your result immediately — no registration, no email, no contact details are requested anywhere in the check.
• Your answers stay in your browser. In-progress and completed answers are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us while you work, and we keep no copy of them when you view your result.
• Nothing is saved to an account unless you ask. Until you choose "Save your work", your answers exist only in this browser. Choosing it sends your answers and score once to the Aegis platform, which creates a short-lived save link (a server-side record holding only your readiness selections, score, and questionnaire version — never contact details). The link works for 30 minutes; if you never finish signing in, that record is deleted automatically within 30 days and no account or saved session is ever created from it. A completed save becomes a session on your account, and its save-link record is retained for audit history. Your answers never appear in any web address.
• Basic analytics. Informational pages use Google Analytics for aggregate page-view statistics. Analytics is disabled entirely on the readiness questionnaire and results page — answers, scores, and save links are never sent to any third party.
• Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) are kept briefly for security and reliability.
